Depending on the case, we must replace all the structures or maintain them and not harm the longevity of the treatment and aesthetics. I will be talking about how to act in different clinical cases; first, in patients with dental post extraction implants of different periodontal biotype; second, in patients with a long-standing edentulous zone. Taking into account both cases, can we perform an immediate charge? .
