James is CDO in the Public Health Agency of Canada and ex CDO of the Canadian Armed Forces. His mandate is to work with key elements of health communities to advance population level oral health through health promotion, disease prevention and professional/technical guidance with an emphasis on vulnerable populations. James serves as Secretary of the FDI Section of CDOs & Dental Public Health.
