The rehabilitation with implants has been made preferably based on implants of diameter between 3.7 to 4.1 mm with different prosthetic platform, at the beginning dentist put one-piece implants (monoblock) but with limited rehabilitation in inclined implants. Currently the design and technology allows to have implants with diameters of 3.2mm and less in its prosthetic´s platform and with the option of using different systems of abutment (straight or angulated), the objective of this lecture is to show clinical cases with its planning, surgery step and rehabilitation for cases of narrow space which requires rehabililation through narrow-diameter implants
